POLICIES

U.S. SHIPPING: Shipping anywhere in the continental United States via the United States Postal Service (USPS) 1st class without insurance. If you require insurance for your items you will be responsible for insurance charges and extra shipping fees. Many items are in stock and will ship via USPS within 1 - 3 working days of receipt of payment, some items may need to be created which usually takes 3 - 5 working days prior to shipping.  Orders of more than one item are mailed together in the same box.***Please be sure to enter your correct shipping address for purchases.  We are located in Tucson Arizona and shipping within the United States usually takes between 2 - 5 days.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING: Orders ship international 1st class which is not trackable. Unfortunately we can make no promises about the time frame of international mail delivery but it is usually 2 - 4 weeks. All international shipping duties and custom fees are the responsibility of the buyer. Please contact your local customs organization for more information.

REFUNDS and EXCHANGES: Although we are confident in the quality of the products we sell please don't hesitate to contact us if a piece is found to be faulty due to defective materials or craftsmanship. We will do our best to resolve the problem quickly.  Jewelry needs to be returned within 10 days of receipt in it's original packaging. Once we have received the item we will refund the purchase price (excluding shipping charges).

 ADDITIONAL POLICIES and FAQs:

COPPER ITEMS: It is important to understand prior to ordering that copper will oxidize once exposed to oxygen and will start to change color, something we have no control over.  It is possible, depending on your body chemistry and climate that the copper could start changing color within a few hours or it may take months, just depends on you and where you live.
